What is Field Test?

Before we release new products into the market, we may introduce them to certain clients for Field Test—to review installation processes, features, support and training, and general likeability of the product. The length of the testing varies depending on how complex the product is. From there, we’ll evaluate your feedback through various reports.

With most new products, customers would need to purchase the product to participate in the Field Test. So, why would you participate? Because your dealership can benefit from many features and functionality not yet available to the market—or your competitors.
